At SMMALLY INC we stand behind our work. Because our services are custom and time-sensitive, the following policy applies:

Consultation & Strategy Packages

Full refund (minus $299 administrative fee) if cancelled within 7 days of payment and before any work begins.

Monthly Retainer Services

• No refunds for work already performed or hours already logged.
• Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. You will be charged only for the final 30 days.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed monthly deliverables for two consecutive months, you may request a pro-rated refund for those months.

One-Time Projects (Website, Branding, etc.)

50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins. Final payment due upon delivery. No refunds after files are delivered and approved.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback will result in immediate suspension of services and possible legal recovery of fees plus costs.

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
